Thinking about becoming Catholic or know someone who is? At St. Clement's Church, we're here to support you in coming into the fullness of the Faith.
Whether you:
- Have never been baptized and want to learn more about Christianity
- Were baptized in another Christian tradition and are exploring Catholicism
- Are a baptized Catholic looking to receive the Sacraments of First Communion or Confirmation
- Simply have questions about what Catholics believe and why
RCIA is for you!
Beginning October 7, leading up to the Easter Vigil (March 27, 2027), we are offering in-person lessons and discussions on the foundations of the Catholic Faith.
Meetings will be held on Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm, and are an opportunity to understand what the Catholic Church is, what the Church teaches and why, and what is required of its members.
For those interested in becoming Catholic, please phone Fr. Adam at the parish office (519-653-6123 *6) to set up a meeting.
The RCIA program is a time of discernment. Beyond gaining knowledge of the Catholic Faith, this is an important period for you to deepen your personal prayer life with God and participate in the life of the Church. In addition to attending the mandatory weekly meetings, it is essential that you to attend Holy Mass each Sunday and use prayer aids such as the Hallow app to guide you in your relationship with the Lord.
Our role is to enable you to make a free and informed decision whether or not to enter into the fullness of the Faith by learning and experiencing the life of a Catholic.
